In 2022, Mondial Pare-Brise called on Octomine to conduct a social survey and analyze key indicators on its employees' well-being and quality of life at work. The aim of this approach was to identify and prevent potential risks for teams by monitoring the results.
Measure employee well-being, job satisfaction, and commitment to the company.
Anticipate social risks
Monitor changes in key indicators and implement the necessary actions
Optimize corporate practices to improve employees' quality of life at work
What challenges did you encounter during the project?
It was a real challenge for us to achieve a high participation rate given that not all of our employees have a professional email address. Octomine was particularly helpful in communicating with us to help us achieve this target of 59% participation, an increase of 15 points compared to 2022 (2020: 30%).
In your opinion, what were the strong points of this project?
The precise assessment of employee well-being, the identification of areas for improvement, and the ability to compare our performance from one barometer to another.
Could you define Octomine in 3 words?
Active listening, fluidity of exchanges, flexibility
How is the post-questionnaire process going?
This is a working basis that allows us to plan for continuous improvement in order to manage various future actions. We are currently in the results sharing phase and look forward to measuring the positive impact/effects of the various future actions carried out with the teams in two years.
Octomine is an effective tool for assessing employee state of mind. By encouraging everyone to express themselves, the barometer plays a central role in managing quality of life at work. In addition, this tool facilitates the implementation implementation of appropriate action plans to effectively address identified issues.”
