Why launch this project?

We launched this project to better understand the feelings of our employees, to identify potential areas for improvement in our processes, and to strengthen cohesion within the club.

No specific topic had been directly identified. We wanted to understand the company's positioning and overall vision, and how it operates, as perceived by the club's employees.

What were your objectives for this project?

Our objectives were threefold:

• To take the pulse of the organization in a factual and anonymous manner.

• To identify concrete areas for improvement to strengthen team engagement.

• To initiate a dynamic of continuous dialogue with employees.

What difficulties What challenges did you encounter during the project?

The main challenges were:

• Gaining buy-in from all employees in a sporting and sometimes very operational context.

• Synchronizing the project with our busy internal calendar (matches, events, etc.).

• Adapting the message so that it was perceived as a genuine tool for anonymous listening and not as an audit.
