The Agirc-Arrco federation ensures the sustainability and coherence of supplementary retirement for private sector employees. It steers scheme management, guarantees pension payments, provides a secure information system, and coordinates pension funds. It also carries out studies, forecasts, and financial controls, thus helping social partners in their decisions. With more than 1,200 employees spread over 5 sites in France, the federation acts in the general interest and quality of service rendered to retirees.

At the end of 2022, the Agirc-Arrco federation wished to strengthen its support for managers in their daily role by implementing a decision-making tool. Concerned about employee well-being and quality of life at work, the federation turned to a solution offering pulse surveys to regularly collect employee feelings on various themes. Cette décision stratégique s’inscrit donc dans le cadre du développement de la politique qualité de vie et condition de travail (QVCT) de l’entreprise et de sa préoccupation constante pour la prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS).

This allowed implementing action plans based on identified challenge or vigilance points and feeding the single risk prevention document and Annual Program for Occupational Risk Prevention and Improvement of Working Conditions (Papripact).
