Internalizing the social barometer has facilitated the customization of surveys in line with our specific needs and our corporate culture. This has resulted in a significant improvement in responsiveness!
At the end of 2022, the Agirc-Arrco federation wanted to strengthen its support for managers in their daily role by implementing a decision-making tool. Concerned about the well-being of its employees and the quality of life at work, the federation turned to a solution offering pulse surveys to regularly collect employees' feelings on various themes. This strategic decision is therefore part of the development of the company's quality of life and working conditions (QVCT) policy and its constant concern for the prevention of psychosocial risks (RPS).
