With our strong growth and a heavy workload on the teams, it was very important to identify tensions as early as possible in order to provide answers. Octomine provided us with a tool that takes up little time for employees but provides valuable insights, in particular on trends. We were thus able to clearly measure the positive impact, for example, of a weekly management newsletter.
